What can I say about FS Inspections, when buying my 2015 built condo I was hesitant to get an inspection done because I figured \u201cWhat can go wrong, it\u2019s practically brand new\u201d \u2013 After speaking to Steve, he advised me of the potential problems and performed a full inspection on the condo and found two issues that could have never been noticed by the untrained eye?<\/p>
Negative slope in the shower base (1,500$ repair)<\/li>
Gas fireplace not working properly (Unit had to be changed)<\/li><\/ol>
Easily the best money I\u2019ve ever spent, after his inspection I was able to get the shower base fixed and the fireplace changed! Do not hesitate to use him, even if you don\u2019t think you need to\u2026 reality is, you do!<\/p>

Hired FS Inspection to inspect a home we were interested in buying.\u00a0 As the home was being sold as part of an Estate sale, there was no legal warranty, making the inspection even more important.<\/p>
Steve came to the home and spent several hours walking me through the home pointing out areas where things needed to be addressed immediately, in the next year and over the next few years.\u00a0 He was very thorough and left nothing to chance.<\/p>
I would highly recommend Steve & FS Inspection to anyone looking for a thorough and precise home inspector in the Montreal area.<\/p>

J\u2019ai fait appel \u00e0 FS Inspection lors de mon premier achat de condo en 2019. La prise de rendez-vous s\u2019est faite tr\u00e8s rapidement et Steve Sznerch a pris en consid\u00e9ration mon horaire qui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9; il m\u2019a accommod\u00e9 en comprenant ma situation.\u00a0<\/p>
La journ\u00e9e de l\u2019inspection, il a fait preuve de professionnalisme et de minutie. Au point que le vendeur, l\u2019agent du vendeur ainsi que mon agent ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9s et ont demand\u00e9 ses coordonn\u00e9s pour pouvoir faire appel \u00e0 lui pour leurs projets futurs! Il avait avec lui tous les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour faire une inspection pr\u00e9cise. \u00c0 chaque d\u00e9tail, il me disait de venir et il me montrait absolument tout. Il m\u2019expliquait la situation actuelle ainsi que les cons\u00e9quences qui peuvent avoir lieu. Il prenait le temps de m\u2019expliquer ad\u00e9quatement absolument tout, tout au long de l\u2019inspection.<\/p>
Je recommande fortement FS Inspection; mon exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 absolument parfaite! L\u2019achat d\u2019une nouvelle propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est toujours stressant, avoir un inspecteur qui fait un travail de qualit\u00e9, qui prend le temps de tout v\u00e9rifier, qui est minutieux et sur qui nous pouvons compter est un aspect tr\u00e8s important. Je ferais appel \u00e0 Steve sans h\u00e9sitation la prochaine fois que je vais avoir besoin d\u2019un inspecteur pour ma future propri\u00e9t\u00e9!<\/p>
